All rugs and accessories we sell are guaranteed against maufucturer defect for one year from date of purchase. Our quality control is high, therefore defects are rare. If you do have a problem with a rug call our customer service department (800) 848-7610. Your rug will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturers discretion.
