Hello Yankee Pride!
I wanted to include this letter with my sample return to let you all
know how impressed I am with your product and especially your service.
After visiting your (and other) websites I called and talked to Susan.
She took the time to answer all my questions and even went and got
samples of the colors I was asking about to try to describe them to me
over the phone. She was great!
I went ahead and ordered two samples to look at with my hardwood
flooring. I got the samples in about a week and instantly could tell
which one was THE One. I called back to order my rug and chair pads.
I talked to someone else that time as Susan wasn't available and I
can't remember who it was(sorry), but she was also very nice and took
I requested to keep the samples for an extra week or two as my Mother-
in-law was coming for a visit and I wanted to show her what we had
picked out. The lady that took my order said "no problem" and made a
note of it. In the meantime my rug and chair pads were delivered!!!!
Instead of 4-6 weeks I got them in only 2 weeks and was able to have
them in time for the visit.

Hello from PA.
I wanted to let you know how beautiful you product looks in our
finished hallway. My wife and I bought a two hundred year old
farmhouse and have been restoring it. We tore the ugly carpet off
the steps to the second floor and had them refinished. They looked
great but were very slippery for our dog. We couldn't decide on
treads or a runner to finish them. We debated for about two months
until I saw your advertisement in a magazine. I checked out your
web site and ordered a catalog. We anxiously awaited the mailman
everyday and received the catalog in only a few days. What a
selection, it was almost overwhelming! We narrowed the search and
ordered samples. Samples were very helpful in matching colors and
patterns. We made our decision and placed the order January 11.
Nineteen stair treads and one matching 3'x5' rug with matting for
all. Donna, who took our order, said we will receive two packages
and should receive everything in two weeks. Well it's January 22
and the hallway flooring project is finished.
We received the matting a few days ago and the treads and rug were
delivered yesterday, January 21st. They look great and were very
easy to put in place. This whole process was easy and painless.
The quality of your product is excellent and we will return to your
company for any of our carpet and rug needs.
