Return Policy
We would prefer that you not have to go to the trouble and expense of returning a larger size rug. We suggest you take advantage of our Sample Program, so you can try the rug in your home before committing to a larger size. Sample rugs are returnable and completely refundable. Your only cost is shipping the sample back to us. Remember, it is far easier and less expensive to package and ship a small 2' x 3' sample rug than it would be a larger room size rug. Samples arrive in reusable packaging, with a return address label enclosed and a tie to close the package back up when you're ready to return it. You may try as many samples as you like and all in stock samples are shipped out to you the next business day.
In the event that you are unhappy with your rug or accessory it can be returned. Please call customer service (800) 848-7610 to arrange the return. Different rugs are returned to different warehouses and most returns require you put a Return Authorization number on the outside of the package. Every rug and accessory, other than those marked "SAMPLE" is either custom ordered or custom made for you. This allows us to offer the wide range of sizes and styles that we do. There will be a restocking fee of 15% (of the price of the rug) and you pay all shipping charges (both ways).
If your rug is defective in any way, we will have it picked up and replace it with a new one at no cost to you. Very rarely does a defective item make it through our inspection process, but if one does we will replace it promptly.
