Samples in your home
Yankee Pride gladly ships samples of our rugs (via UPS) to customers who request them. We believe that having the actual rug in your home is the only way of determining that the color, style and quality are to your liking. Store lighting is far different than that of our homes, therefore colors can seem very different. Laying a rug down in your room is the best way to be sure of coordinating with your existing decor. Samples are actual rugs, in the smallest size available (see particular item).
A deposit is required, but this is refunded when the sample is returned. You can have the samples for 10 days from the time you receive them until you ship them back. Samples arrive in reusable packaging, with a return address label enclosed and a tie to close the package back up when you're ready to return it. The only cost to you is the shipping cost to return your samples. You may order online (look for size marked "SAMPLE") or by phone (800) 848-7610. Ordering by phone allows our customer service department to assist with any questions you might have. Your samples will be shipped out the next day! Most customers order their samples with a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover), but we're glad to take mail orders paid by check or money order. Please include your daytime telephone number so we may contact you with any questions. Bear in mind that checks take 2 weeks to clear, whereas a money order allows us to ship your order right out.
